▼Select your product, enter your engraving text in the fields provided (front and back), and add to cart. Your customization details are saved automatically with your order.
Q2: What is the maximum character limit for engraving?
▼Each engraving field allows a maximum of 24 characters including spaces and special characters.
Q3: Can I preview my engraving before ordering?
▼Currently, we do not offer a live preview, but our team carefully reviews every engraving request before production to ensure accuracy.
Q4: How long does it take to deliver a personalized order?
▼Personalized orders typically take 3–5 business days for production plus 3–7 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Q5: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
▼Modifications or cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made as the item is custom-made for you.
Q6: What if there is a mistake in my engraving?
▼If the error is on our end, we will replace the product at no cost. If the error was in the text you submitted, please contact us and we will try our best to help.
Q7: Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
▼Yes, you can visit our Corporate & Bulk Orders page to submit an enquiry and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping Policy
▼- All personalised orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within India.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our website via the Track Your Order page at ingiftedtinyarts.in/pages/track-your-order.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Ingifted Tiny Arts will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays caused due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. Any re-shipping charges in such cases will be borne by the buyer.
- Delivery Areas: We currently ship across India. For international shipping enquiries please contact us at ingiftedtinyarts@gmail.com.
- Delays: Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
Refund Policy
▼- At Ingifted Tiny Arts, every product is personalised and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled at any point of time. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
- No Refund Cases: Incorrect engraving text submitted by the buyer Incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer Change of mind after placing the order Minor variations in font style or engraving depth due to the handcrafted nature of the product Replacement Only.
- We provide a replacement (no refund) only in the following cases: Wrong product delivered Product received is damaged or defective To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ingiftedtinyarts@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product.
- Replacement Process: Approved replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.
